Thermal Electric Elements Pty Ltd began in 1972 and has grown to become a leader in the design and manufacture of elements for commercial and industrial use. Through extensive research and development, Thermal has introduced new technology which enables a greater flexibility in design and more reliable elements to suit most applications. Currently more than 40 staff are employed and expansion plans are in place as the company is rapidly increasing its production capabilities and its markets.

"We are in desperate need of an upgrade of broadband facilities. Our business operates internationally and across all the major centres around Australia. Our usage of broadband is varied with 3D CAD drawings being transferred across our networks, video conferencing, staff working from home and a VOIP system. Frequently we find that when we are trying to use the phones or video conferencing, the whole system shuts down, people cannot continue to work on their computers, voice quality drops and the phones and work is hindered. Customers come into our offices and want to discuss technical issues with our designers in Coffs Harbour but then everyone needs to stop work to allow this to happen."
